What is the process, should we decide to book?
We will send you a proposal to review and sign via email and require an $800 retainer in order to save your date. The balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. Within 2 weeks of the wedding date we will meet in person at the venue and go over your timeline, photo spots and any last minute details.
My Fiancé or I do not like our photos taken, will we be an issue?
Definitely not! I know it's awkward being in front of the camera, that's why we give you activities to do and help create moments. Some couples say their portrait sessions were almost like romantic therapy. I am an expert at making things fun and easy when it comes to being in front of the camera. You typically are having a blast and totally comfortable right away with my approach of prompting vs posing.
Wait does this mean you don't pose?
While I love to give you guys some hilarious prompts to follow during our session, I also pull out my favorite poses to get you some power shots as well. I get you comfortable with me before I pull out the more styled shots.
Have you ever shot at our venue before? Does that make a difference?
Since we do a venue meetup with you a few weeks before the big day, we will pick out your favorite photo spots at the venue before hand so we can make sure you get the photos you want. This also gives me the opportunity to scope out the venue and let you know what I am thinking as well.
Do you meet people before booking?
This is totally up to you! I love meeting face to face but also understand life is busy. A plus to a meeting is you are able to see our quality products in person.
You offer photo, video, albums and photobooths? Can I get a package deal?
Absolutely! We have several collections to choose from and if you want to switch anything up, we are all about customizing things!
Do you include print options?
Oh yes! While I absolutely do not require you order ANY prints from me, I am very stoked to offer retouched prints. As a photographer I have come to realize how many photos are taken and stored away on a device and totally forgotten. I really believe albums and prints are an amazing way to display the memories in your home.
Do you edit all the photos?
Yes, we edit in house and color correct each photo to make sure they are all magazine ready!
Where are you based? Are there travel fees?
We are in Stuart, FL and charge travel fees outside of 75 miles.
Any additional advice...
- Foam lights make excellent props for the dance floor at the reception.
- Have the entertainment bring in additional colored lighting to place around the room to give your video and photos more of a pop!
- Make sure they turn off these colorful lights on the dance floor during your first dances and speeches.
